  1. Career Discovery – ‘KNOW ME’ – DISC – Ultimate Discovery System                                                                                          – this version can be delivered in two formats: paper and online.
  • DISC Behavioural Assessment will aid the student-athlete with an understanding of their individual behavioural style and preferences and will identify how to be more productive and how to greatly improve relationships. You will learn a proven system that is easy to understand and simple to apply to everyday life.

There are many different ways of taking in and understanding new information.  Your approach to learning is changeable and takes into account your interests, motivations, and tendencies which may influence learning.  To learn effectively it is important to tailor your study habits to your own needs and approach.  This often means choosing techniques that work for you and evaluating them from time to time to determine if you need to try something new.  At Journey’s Guide we will use assessments or quizzes that will help you gain insight into your typical approach to learning, and then what strategies may work well for you in maximizing your
